A calm 10-day arc: Kochi (1N) → Munnar (2N) → Thekkady (1N) → Alleppey houseboat (1N) → Varkala or Kovalam (2N) → buffer day → departure.
Swap Thekkady for Vagamon if you prefer meadows, or add Athirappilly if monsoon waterfalls are the goal. We always leave one flexible half-day for weather and rest.
